Brazil launches Promar program to revitalize mature offshore fields

Rio de Janeiro—Brazil has officially kicked off a new program of regulatory measures and incentives aimed at boosting recovery rates and lengthening the working lives of the country’s legacy offshore production assets, especially in the mature Campos Basin, according to the Mines and Energy Ministry.
