Carbios Confirms Plan for 'First-of-a-Kind' 100% PET Recycling Production Facility

Paris-Carbios confirmed its intention to build a "first-of-a-kind" 100% polyethylene terephthalate (PET) recycling unit, once a site is selected. The plant is expected to have 40,000 t/y of recycled PET production. Construction is anticipated to begin at the end of next year, with start-up of the unit expected by the end of 2024.
