Oil production in the US slipped back below 11 million barrels per day last week, according to estimates from the US Energy Information Administration (EIA). The agency’s Weekly Petroleum Status Report, published Wednesday, showed that US crude output fell by roughly 100,000 b/d to 10.9 million b/d in the week ended Apr. 23 after spending two weeks at about 11 million b/d (OD Apr.21’21).
