Baltic: Freights keep the lid on FOBs

Spot prices for sulphur exports from the Baltic Sea were assessed unchanged at $160-170/t FOB, as high freight rates limited price upside. At least one sale was reported in the $160s/t FOB in late February. Although global spot prices climbed further in March, so did freight rates, keeping pressure on FOB levels.
