US NOLA: AS prices follow other nitrogen costs up

Ammonium sulphate costs at New Orleans are up an average of $20/st since the end of February to $230-240/st FOB for barges. Traders said AS demand was up from the prior year, pointing to higher prices for corn and other crops compared to the prior spring. US granular urea, UAN and ammonia prices previously saw big price jumps since the start of February.
