SQM's net income jumps 51% for Q1

Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM) posted net income of $68 million for the first quarter of 2021, a 51% increase from $45 million during the same period the prior year, the company said 19 May. SQM’s revenues for Q1 rose 35% year on year to $528.5 million as sales volumes across its business lines increased.
