Freight market slows in Atlantic and Pacific regions

In the Atlantic basin the freight market does appear to have slowed down on the back of relatively low activity. On the continent there is a feeling of a lack of momentum while the market moves sideways. Freight from the west Mediterranean has remained resilient on the back a strong Black Sea market and a steady cargo flow, despite having showed a couple days of weakness earlier in the week.
