India: Producers waits for action on DAP subsidy

There is no relief is in sight for phosphate producers as any decision to increase the DAP subsidy has been delayed a month or so. This continues to make it difficult to pay current spot prices for ammonia, although producers are constantly trying to increase the maximum retail price of DAP.
