Libya: NOC tender goes in $190s/t FOB

Libya's NOC closed a sales tender for 8,000 t sulphur 6 April, sources said. The tonnes were reportedly awarded to a trader around $192/t FOB. The producer's 21 February tender for 2x8,000 t lots was heard awarded in the upper $160s/t FOB.
