Muntajat is set to close its monthly sales tender for 35,000 t sulphur 13 July, according to sources, with the cargo for August loading from Ras Laffan. The producer's last two tenders were reported awarded in the $180s/t FOB, while its April session was rumoured awarded in the $190s/t FOB, though this was never confirmed and some players doubted whether the price was this high.
