India: RCF negotiating NPK 15-15-15 on recent tender

RCF is understood to be negotiating for at least one 50,000 t cargo of NPK 15-15-15 after its 12 April tender for 300,000 t NPK. The 15-15-15 was reportedly offered from Russia at $370-380/t CFR with RCF attempting to bring down this price. There were previous reports of an offer from Transglobe ex- Acron/Rossosh in this tender.
