US S. Plains: Prices narrows to lower end of prior range

Supplies of granular potash appear to be sufficient to have generated some competition between distributors in the US Southern Plains, with this week's range cited at $345-355/st FOB, down an average of $2-3/st since last week. Field work has accelerated across the region in the last 10 days as expected, thanks to Texas and Oklahoma drying out rapidly after the winter storm that hammered much of the region starting two weeks ago.
