Black Sea: ToAz yet to restore full ammonia output

ToAz has yet to restore its pumping rate to 265 t/hr despite the restart of the fifth and sixth ammonia plants. Pumping should increase to 235 t/h from late 26 May and reach 265 t/hr by 11-12 June. Total exports could reach 180,000 t for the producer in June but are currently indicated at 165,000 t with 40,000 t coming from Rossosh. Ostchem has decided not to export ammonia in June.
