Spot prices for exports of sulphuric acid from northwest Europe were assessed unchanged on an indicative basis at $40-50/t FOB amid a continued lack of spot sales due to scarce availability. Market sources views differed on what a representative indicative price would be. Some, including some producers, agreed with the published range, while others pegged prices as high as the $80s/t FOB based on delivered prices to Latin America.
