MAP export prices from Saudi Arabia jumped an average $30/t this week on soaring prices in the Americas and new sales from Ma’aden for June/July loading. Ma’aden said it sold 30,000 t MAP to the US at $700/t CFR for early-July loading, or roughly $640-645/t FOB Ras Al Khair. While the sale is too far forward to be included in the assessment this week, latest prompt sales of MAP at New Orleans would reflect at least $640/t FOB Saudi Arabia.
