Hurricane Ida impacts linger as river reopens

But a number of refneries and petroleum coke and coal terminals are still not operation- al, limiting available solid fuel supply. The US Coast Guard lifted most major restrictions by 4 Sep- tember, including a requirement for special permission to for vessels to transit between mile-markers 105 and 167.5, after local utility entergy cleared power lines that fell into the river.
