Touch and go: I couldn't agree more than with David Duvall's views on touchscreens in cars (31 March). These days more than ever, you need to keep your eyes on the road the whole time and not be distracted by a screen. I'm soon to change my old Ford C-Max, and one of my top priorities will be no touchscreen. Also, it must have a full-sized spare wheel or a spacesaver. So I'll probably end up with another used car. After driving for 56 years, I know the value of carrying a spare!
