SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Asian polycarbonate (PC) markets are likely to find support from upstream bisphenol A (BPA) markets in the second half of 2021, while weak demand is likely to persist.In China,?spot BPA prices rose substantially by 12% week on week to average at $3,300/tonne CFR (cost & freight) basis in the week ended 23 July. Prices were last seen at above $3,500/tonne CFR China on 23 April, ICIS data shows. As a result, some market players in the PC markets have noted that the overall market sentiment has picked up.
