Transneft pipeline exports rise in April

Crude exports from Russia to non-CIS destinations through the Transneft system rose by 8.2pc on the month to 3.77mn b/d (15.5mn t) in April, with higher west- bound and eastbound fows. But pipeline crude shipments were down by more than 21pc on the year in January-April, refecting Opec+ output restrictions.
