The Covid-19 pandemic continues to rage in some OECD and non-OECD countries, depressing oil demand, with the likes of South Korea, Japan and Indonesia now under renewed restrictions. But in other key consuming countries including India, China and the US, demand looks to be on the road to recovery, although uncertainties remain regarding the spread of the more transmissible delta variant.
