Electrolyzer projects apply for 100 MW EU Green Deal tender

London—Some 16 electrolyzer projects have submitted applications for European Green Deal funds under a 100 MW tender aimed at driving down the cost of green hydrogen to Eur3/kg by 2024, the European Commission said Feb. 1. Overall, some 1,550 projects applied across ten categories in the Horizon 2020 tender call with a total Eur1 billion ($1.2 billion) budget, the EC said.
