LG Chem launches integrated digital sales of petchem products

LG Chem says it has launched an integrated digital sales system for the company’s petrochemical products. The company says that its LG Chem On, a digital customer relationship management (CRM) system for its acrylonitrile-butadiene- styrene (ABS) clients, became operational on 26 May. “Starting with a platform that enables contactless technical collaborations with clients, online ordering and delivery services will be available for all petchem products in the future,” the company says.
