West Virginia Methanol says the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection has issued a minor source air permit for the construction of the Pleasants County Methanol Plant, a 315,000-metric tons/year, $350-million methanol facility to be located beside the Ohio River near St. Marys, West Virginia.
