Air Liquide to build ASU in Russia

Air Liquide says it will invest around €60 million ($73 million) to design and build a new air separation unit (ASU) to supply oxygen to a steel-manufacturing site in Russia operated by Severstal (Cherepovets). The company says it has signed a new long-term contract with the steel producer to supply oxygen to the Severstal CherMK site in Cherepovets, already one the largest oxygen sites in Europe where Air Liquide already owns three ASUs.
