Sasol gets green light for sale of ASUs in South Africa to Air Liquide

Sasol (Johannesburg) has received a formal approval from South Africa's national competition authority for its previously announced sale of 16 air separation units (ASUs) to Air Liquide. "This concludes the final outstanding suspensive condition from the agreement," it says. The approval granted by the competition regulator was subject to "various conditions relating to future ownership of the ASUs," it says.
