摘要

After receiving a B.S. (2004) and M.S. (2006) in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, I decided that I prefer to apply my engineering knowledge to improving human healthcare. Knowing that my work could provide patients with cheaper and more comfortable therapy makes me happy. Hence, in my PhD study, I joined the German Cancer Research Center and worked jointly with Darmstadt University of Technology and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany, and I received a Dr. Ing. in 2012. In 2013, I started to work as an Assistant Professor at the Mechanical Engineering Department, National Chiao Tung University, and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2018. My research interests include low-temperature atmospheric-pressure plasma-based medical applications and plasma circuit design (Fig.1).
