摘要

Based on the background of the Internet of Things telemedicine and mobile health concepts, this article designs and implements a practical exercise heart rate monitoring and analysis system to provide athletes with reliable and stable heart rate monitoring services. This system can monitor the dynamic change of heart rate in real time, and monitor fitness exercises based on the relevant information of heart rate and personalized heart rate load index model. This system assists athletes to adjust exercise intensity in time, formulate and complete exercise plans, to achieve ideal exercise results.
