Welcome to this special issue of Journal of Pediatric Neuroradiology (JPNR) focusing on pediatric head and neck imaging. Our goal during preparation was to address the intersection of neuroradiology, pediatric radiology, otolaryngology, neu-rosurgery, and pathology.Contributions by experts featured in this issue share a common theme—improving the care of our pediatric patients presenting with signs and symptoms suggesting head and neck pathology. We anticipate that it will be of great interest to any radiologist called upon to interpret imaging of the head and neck in children. We believe it will also be of great interest to clinicians in the many related clinical disciplines.
