Blum-Hanson type ergodic theorems in noncommutative symmetric spaces

We prove a version of Blum-Hanson ergodic theorem for (Li, L infinity)-contractions acting in noncommutative symmetric spaces with order continuous norm. A similar result is established for arbitrary contractions on Hardy subspaces of p-convex Schatten ideals of compact operators. (C) 2017 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
