Objective: Restrictive eligibility criteria are a known barrier to patient enrollment into clinical trials. With the introduction of chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy, it is imperative to ensure trials are generalizable to the intended population with appropriate safety guiderails.
