The Effects of Experimental Warming on Effective Composition Content of Epimedium wushanense (Berberidaceae)

The effective composition content were determined in warming treatment with E. wushanense by HPLC and UV, and effective composition content were analysed by one-way ANOVA statistical analysis. The results showed that both icariin content and flavonoid are richer than root and stem. The icariin content of leave in control group and warming treatment with 2 °C can meet the standard of icariin content, but the warming treatment with 5 °C can not meet the standard of icariin content. The leaf, root and stem can't meet the standard of flavonoid content, and the the flavonoid of the root and stem are significant less than leave. In brief, both the icariin and flavonoid content of the leave also declined gradually with warming treatments.
