Longs exporters unable to increase prices much

Longs have still been in poor demand worldwide in November, and the increasein offer prices suppliers have managed to push through is due mostly to the risein raw material costs. Turkish rebar is available at $615-620/t FOB in mid-November, up $45/t from October. Prices for CIS steel products have come upby $40/t to $590-600/t over the same period. Chinese exporters, on the contrary,have cut quotations to $605-610/t FOB, down $15/t from last month.
