Baosteel procee ds with new equipment erection at Zhanjiang Iron and Steel

China's Baosteel Group has completed the installation of a top gas system for a new 4.02 million tpy blast furnace No.3 within expansion of Zhanjiang Iron & Steel in Guangdong province, Metal Expert has learned from local sources. Besides, a 350-tonne BOF No.4 with capacity of 3.625 million tpy was successfully installed at the site that marked the completion of the large technological equipment installation.
