India’s Jindal Steel and Power Ltd starts operating new BF in Angul

The Indian steel producer Jindal Steel and Power Ltd (JSPL) has started operating a new 4 million tpyBF at Angul plant in Odisha state, as Metal Expert learnt from the company’s quarter report. The unit issaid to operate above 80% of its design capacity by the endof the current fiscal year (March 31, 2018).
