Mr. Bates, First let me thank you for reading my article. It is nice to know it was read at least twice (our editor read it) and makes the effort put into producing it worthwhile. Your point (Summer 2020 Inbox) that other carriers of electric current were left out is correct, but they were not included purposely. The point of the article was to discuss the two theories of direction of electrical current flow. Now, I am sure that the readership of Digital Machinist includes readers well versed in electronics, as you yourself are, but the article was not intended as a textbook chapter on electricity.
