Daikin Launches DK-Connect, Cloud-based AC Control Services

On May 19, 2021, Daikin held an online press conference to announce its All-connected strategy and the launch of its cloud-based air conditioning control services called DK-Connect. Daikin announced that it would push forward with the All-connected strategy to create new values by connecting air conditioning equipment to cloud computing and making use of data. The All-connected strategy has three aims: first, to extend contact with customers and create new values from a market perspective; secondly, to contribute to customer satisfaction through continuously updated functions and attentive response to details; and thirdly, to challenge a new way of selling that makes use of data. DK-Connect, the cloud-based air conditioning control services, announced this time is part of the All-connected strategy.
