摘要

The nature and quality of leadership is a crucial factor in achieving the goals of an organization. An important and popular approach to leadership is servant leadership where the main focus of the leader is to serve, putting the needs of the employee first in order to improve individual performance and consequently organizational performance. One factor that mediates the relationship between servant leadership and organizational performance is job satisfaction. Job satisfaction impacts on the individual's performance and creativity in line with the organizational goals. Research examining the relationship between servant leadership and job satisfaction has been limited therefore this is an important area for investigation.
