The work is devoted to the study of the process of nanostructuring of the surface of polyethylene-terephthalate by ion-plasma technology using gases and gas mixtures: N-2 + O-2, CF(4 )as well as a gas mixture for deposition - CF4 + C6H12. The process of surface nanostructuring is described using the ratio of the radii of the inhomogeneity peaks to their height, which confirms that it is possible to perform a more efficient surface treatment with CF4 ions than with N-2 + O-2 ions. It has been proven that it is possible to create a hydrophobic surface with CF4 ions (0 > 909. Nanostructuring with N-2 + O-2 ions leads to an increase in the antimicrobial properties of polyethyl-eneterephthalate and a decrease in the seeding titer for all microorganisms from 3 to 6 times. The application of a fluorine-containing coating also leads to nanostructuring of the surface and the formation of nanorelief.
