Fruit and fitness? Try social support

A survey reported by Health and Safety at Work online, on employees' attitudes to wellbeing programmes, indicated that as many as 70% of employees do not value their employers' current investment in health and wellbeing. As an organisational psychologist, I find this unsurprising. Current approaches to health and wellbeing at work do not adequately address the most important factor for workplace health and wellbeing: the workplace psychosocial environment.
