GREEN HOMES GRANT: Outrage at Green Homes Grant cut reports

Reports that the government is not planning to roll over spending set aside for the Green Homes Grant to the final year of the programme have been met with concern in the industry. The Guardian reported in February that the government will only provide ￡320m for the final 12 months of the grant scheme during the financial year 2021-22. This will be a significant cut from the ￡1.5bn budget set aside for the programme this year.
