Turkey/The Netherlands/Czech Republic - October 2020 saw Turkish light truck, bus and coach builder, Temsa Transportation Vehicles (Temsa) of Adana, Turkey become jointly-owned by the PPF Group of Amsterdam, Netherlands (which also owns a controlling shareholding (86%) in Skoda Transportation of Plzen, Czech Republic) and long-term owner, Sabanci Holding of Istanbul, Turkey, each holding a 50% stake.
