Brazil - The Randon Group of Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, and the start-up, TruckHelp Brasil of Curitiba, Parana have launched an assistance package for truck drivers across Brazil. The Truck Assistance plan guarantees a 24 hour-a-day service to truck drivers and their vehicles. TruckHelp is an application developed by the start-up of the same name to assist truck drivers and fleet owners in the purchase of parts, request for services and emergency assistance nationwide. The drivers' cell phone GPS identifies the location co-ordinates of the truck and this is then used to identify and list the nearest available service in order of proximity.
