BIZ: Manufacture/Agreement MKT: Export: Avtotor assembling Hyundai Mighty trucks

South Korea/Russia - Hyundai Truck and Bus Rus LLC of Moscow, the official Russian operation of Hyundai Motor Company of Seoul, South Korea, has started series CKD assembly/manufacture of the Hyundai Mighty medium-duty truck range at the Avtotor plant in Kaliningrad. The first two Mighty trucks being assembled are the EX8 and EX9 models with respective gross vehicle weights of 7.8t and 8.5t; the first versions of these Mighty trucks appeared on the Russian market in August 2019.
