Brazil - Volkswagen Caminhoes e Onibus Ltda (VWCO) of Resende, Rio de Janeiro state has signed a partnership with Suspensys Sistemas de Suspensoes e Freios Ltda - a subsidiary of Empresas Randon SA, both of Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul State - to supply air suspension systems for a number of commercial vehicles from 2021. Over the next few months, Suspensys is to install an assembly line for air suspensions in the consortium complex at VWCO's main plant in Resende, in the State of Rio de Janeiro; the VW industrial supplier complex covering an area of some 4,000 sq m.
