TRONOX: Board Changes

On 27 June 2017, Mr Ilan Kaufthal was elected by the Board of Directors to take over Mr Casey's role as Chairman, in a non-executive capacity. Mr Ilan Kaufthal was Chief Financial Officer at NL Industries during the 1980s before moving to Schroder's and then to Bear Sterns Inc. Also, to restore the Board to its full complement of nine members, Mr Tim Carlson (Chief Financial Officer) was appointed as a director on the understanding that he will probably step down as a director after completion of the Cristal TiO2 acquisition.
