The first of the CQI's two strategic goals is to: 'Lead a quality profession valued by employers as a business partner in delivering excellence in governance, assurance and improvement'. A key success factor in support of this goal is to better evidence the value that the profession provides, and in this respect the inspiring winners of the CQI International Quality Awards, together with all of the finalists and entrants, have led by example (see page 8).
