Driven by uncertainity, we believe,domestic shipments declined and importseamless numbers matched that drop tocomplete a 27% month over month deficit.Note however, that shipments remain abovethis time of year in both 2016 and 2017.Trying to forecast imports with about 2 weeksdata in the bank is pretty risky but so far, it islooking like March could be a catch up month.
