Combating Climate Change in Coffee Plantations

摘要

Ihad the opportunity to do consulting for one of the plantation companies in conducting scientific trials to study the chemical free farming, i.e.,natural farming in coffee. During that time, some of the planters asked me why should we change to natural farming when chemical farming has served us so well? My answer to that question was that the climate change oscillations are going to become a reality which will force us to look at other sustainable technologies in future.
