Severe chronic actinic dermatitis treated successfully with Thalidomide

摘要

Chronic actinic dermatitis (CAD) is a rare, severe, and often disabling photodermatitis. In recalcitrant cases, conventional treatments based on photoprotection, topical steroids, and immunosuppressive agents are disappointing. We herein report a case of recalcitrant CAD successfully treated with thalidomide.
