摘要

Experimental research on influence factors of yield characteristic for heavy oil emulsions, including water cut (0-50%), start-up temperature (4-20 °C), statics time (30 & 60min) and constant shear stress (0.01-10s~(-1)). Results reveal that start-up yield stress increases with water cut and reaches maximum at 30% (phase inversion point). And the start-up yield stress displays a decay with increasing in start-up temperature and a rise with increasing of constant shear rate. Nevertheless, the coupling effect of water cut and static time was complex, which start-up yield stress increases with static time at 0% but decreases at 10-30%.
